Our Team
Prior to my current career in the residential land development business, I spent over 20 years in the residential mortgage lending industry. This fueled my passion for helping people realize the American Dream of homeownership. During my career in the mortgage industry, I was a partner/owner in two very successful mortgage companies in Colorado and Florida, both of which were eventually sold to large banks.
With over 35 years working in multiple facets of the real estate industry, I have built a versatile and successful career where there is never a dull moment. Prior to starting R&S Development with my business partner, René Mondejar, I worked as a real estate broker and in acquisitions and development. I was also proud to serve my industry on the planning commission for Colorado Springs and on the board of directors for both the Colorado and Pikes Peak Realtor Association.
